This session will explore the 2022 claims trends on a global and regional scale identified from the members of the International Association of Engineering Insurers (IMIA) followed by an examination of how the economic fallout from the pandemic and the war in Ukraine have combined to create an inflationary environment that is driving up the cost of commercial insurance claims in Asia, putting the issue of undervaluation of insured assets firmly in the spotlight.
