Based in Singapore, Grant is Aon’s technical director and products counsel for commercial risks across 11 Asia countries. He focuses on policy interpretation, coverage optimization, product development and helping clients avoid risk oversights.
Prior to joining Aon, Grant practiced with global law firms, initially starting his legal career handling construction and engineering disputes in the UK and overseas. Grant acted for developers, contractors and construction professionals on domestic and international disputes, including adjudication and arbitration of claims regarding defects liability, delay, variation, late notification and wrongful termination. Later, Grant’s practice focused on re/insurance disputes in Asia and the Middle East, involving big complex property, construction, engineering, power, energy and associated business interruption and delay in start-up claims.
