There has never been a greater requirement for supply chain transparency and robust supply chain risk management strategies. Global supply chains have been under significant stress for the past three years and while the pandemic exacerbated the situation, this issue has been further challenged by ESG requirements and inflation leading to backlogs, material and logistical issues and increased counterparty risks, which can lead to costly project delays and increased liability.
