As the Building Safety Act continues to drive fire safety related negligence claims, this session will apply recent authorities on causation and aggregation to a case study involving a fictional contractor who faces multiple fire safety related professional negligence claims.  The session will look at how the Courts’ approaches on causation and aggregation might impact the contractor based on a variety of different standard form clauses that a policyholder of this type might find in its PI policy.
