Mikaeli Langinvainio brings 20+ years of experience in risk management, and peace mediation across 20 countries on three continents. He co-founded Inclus, providing in collaborative risk management software – specialising in complex projects. Previously, he worked as Senior Manager at CMI - Martti Ahtisaari Centre, leading the Methods and Tools Unit. He served as a strategic analysis team leader at the Finnish Defence Administration, and acted as the National Coordinator of Civilian Crisis Management Training and Research at the Finnish Ministry of Interior.
