Bhavina is an ARB registered Chartered Architect with more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry as a designer and project manager. She holds an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King’s College London. She is a visiting lecturer, tutor and examiner at the University of Westminster, teaching on the Architecture Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Practice (RIBA Part III).
Bhavina has experience within a broad range of sectors, including hospitality, residential and commercial, elderly living, and master planning. Bhavina has been appointed on various disputes, providing expert advice on a range of construction defects covering professional negligence, fire safety, design copyright issues and BIM modelling.
