Moses is a civil engineer with more than 15 years of experience in the development of city, building and infrastructure projects. He has worked on large-scale projects such as transport, residences and waste infrastructure covering the entire value chain from planning, design, construction to operation. As a construction risk engineer, he has conducted desktop assessments and site surveys to evaluate risks throughout Asia. He has worked with stakeholders to identify and mitigate health, safety and environmental risks during the project life cycle. He will share observations of how climate risks are being addressed.
