Mr Heng Teck Thai serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), bringing over 20 years of experience across public and private sectors. His career spans roles at Boston Consulting Group, Singapore Economic Development Board and various private equity and venture capital firms, focusing on investment deals, consulting, sales, operations and investment portfolio management.
Teck Thai had successfully led the turnaround of Indonesian state-owned PT BNI Securities as Commissioner and served as Partner at SMDV, Sinar Mas Group's venture arm. Previously, he was CEO of a marketing and loyalty tech startup in Indonesia and has experience in property development, having owned and managed hotel properties in Bali.
