Manthan is a seasoned insurance and risk management professional with over 16 years of experience across international insurance broking, risk management, and claims handling. He specializes in property, construction, and infrastructure lines, advising on large and complex global insurance programs for Indian multinationals with significant interests in telecommunications, life sciences, chemicals, power, steel, and new-age sectors such as semiconductor manufacturing (OSAT, FAB) and electronics.
Currently, Manthan serves in a dual role of Head of Construction & Infrastructure and India Global Solutions at Aon India, where he leads advisory and placement services for large clients, while also overseeing the structuring of global insurance programs for Indian companies with international operations.
