Karl joined the RDS team in March 2023 as Senior Sales Specialist for RDS Property Exposure Management in EMEA, supporting the growth and scaling of the RDS business.
He brings experience across corporate underwriting and SaaS sales leadership, with a strong reputation for understanding client needs and delivering practical solutions. Karl holds a degree in Business and an MSc in Management Science. He spent the first 10 years of his career as a commercial insurance underwriter with Zurich and Chubb before moving into software, where he spent a further 10 years at Salesforce, Sapiens and FintechOS developing insurance-focused business and go-to-market strategies.
