Roshan looks into physical risk and natural catastrophe modelling across Asia within Marsh Advisory. In this role he supports clients to understand and evaluate their exposure towards natural catastrophes and climate risk. 
Before joining Marsh Advisory, he was a catastrophe model developer with a reinsurance broker and developed catastrophe model and led probabilistic risk assessment for various perils such as flood, typhoon and storm surge.  He has collaborated with academia to integrate climate change impacts into catastrophe modelling to develop country specific view of risks.
