Graham McCarthy is a Partner in Specialty Broking at McGill and Partners. He has more than two decades of experience in the international insurance industry and previously held senior leadership positions at other leading global brokers, including as Executive Director, Chief Executive, and Chief Risk Officer, where he led captive and reinsurance advisory on a global scale. In these roles, he coordinated teams across multiple domiciles and delivered strategic reinsurance strategies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is ACII qualified.
