Yann was appointed Head Alternative Risk Transfer Structuring European Markets & Middle East & Africa in June 2025. Yann has over 27 years of experience in corporate insurance and risk management across sales and underwriting. He joined Swiss Re from Allianz Risk Transfer, where he spent nearly 12 years as Principal responsible for structured fronting programs and the sales and underwriting of Alternative Risk Transfer solutions. Previously, he worked at Zurich Corporate Solutions as a Deal Architect for structured re/insurance programs, Network Manager for International Programs, and Senior Marine Underwriter at Alpina Insurance Company. Yann holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Applied Sciences of Zurich (HWZ).
