Michael leads strategy and planning, market positioning, and strategic initiatives, spanning the US, Canada, UK, and Europe. Prior to this, he was Director of Underwriting Strategy for the UK & International business, where he spent more than 5 years overseeing underwriting appetite, portfolio advisory, emerging risk analysis, and climate underwriting. Michael brings over a decade of experience leading technical, portfolio, and strategy teams across Asia-Pacific and European insurance markets, with deep expertise across SME, Commercial, Corporate, and Specialty lines.
