Tony McHarg is Director and Co-Founder of Risk FabrIQ, a technology platform that licensed brokers, insurers and reinsurers use to design, place and govern multinational insurance programmes. He has more than 35 years' experience in international insurance. Over 21 years at AIG he led its multinational business across Asia Pacific and then internationally, and was Global Head of Network Strategy, Partnerships & Customer Experience across a network of around 215 territories. He also served on the boards of AIG's regulated insurance entities across multiple jurisdictions, including as Interim CEO and Director of AIG New Zealand and as a Supervisor on the AIG China Board. Before AIG, Tony spent almost 20 years as a broker with Marsh, Sedgwick and JLT. He began his career as a commercial pilot.
