Justin Andrews is Head of Multinational Claims and International Client & Broker Service at AIG. In this role, he provides guidance and support to claims professionals on the unique requirements, features and procedures associated with multinational and global fronted insurance programmes. He also serves as a key point of contact for network partner claims matters, helping to ensure consistent and effective claims delivery across international jurisdictions.

Justin joined AIG in May 2016, following more than 25 years with a leading global insurer.
