Paul is responsible for driving placement standards and strategies for complex risk-managed clients as well as portfolio solutions for the wider client base. Paul coordinates the delivery of all of Bowring Marsh's casualty resources to his clients, supervising the placement team, developing marketplace strategies, and crafting solutions.
Paul has reporting responsibility for US & International Casualty, Product Recall, Personal Accident, and Contingency and Clinical Trails business streams.
From 1 January 2026, Paul is also Head of Digital for Bowring Marsh UK. In this role, he is leading the rollout of new trading platforms within Bowring Marsh and across the wider Marsh UK group.
