Improving their internal and external customer satisfaction and reducing negative impacts on the company’s performance.
He joined Zurich Resilience Solutions after a long career in the logistics industry. He is specialized in Enterprise Supply Chain Risk & Security Management, BI and BCM. By experience he has a strong track record in minimizing financial losses and improving internal and external customer satisfaction. He has acted as Global Supply Chain Loss Prevention/Security Manager and Risk & Insurance Manager, integrating risk management with business objectives.
