With 26 years’ experience in political risk and political violence broking, Zoe Towndrow is a seasoned practitioner in the London insurance market and leader of BPL Global’s political violence practice. Her specialty is creating bespoke PV and terrorism programmes to suit the complex needs of a range of clients, including multinational corporates and cedants.

As a passionate advocate for developing the markets’ capabilities and the political violence product, she is not afraid of injecting new ideas and energy into existing market practices and has been involved in numerous new wording initiatives over the course of her career.
