Marco’s career started in 2018 in Swiss Re's Public Sector Solutions team, where he gathered hands-on experience on parametric transactions for governments. He then joined the Parametric Nat Cat team of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, where, since 2019, he modelled, priced and underwrote hundreds of parametric nat cat structures for corporate clients and contributed to establish Swiss Re Corporate Solutions as one of the leading commercial insurers in parametric nat cat, with award-winning parametric insurance solutions that provide fast, transparent and flexible protection to natural perils, mainly earthquakes and tropical cyclones.
