Jonathan joined Zurich in 2004 in the UK and during his time with the company has held multiple positions across Claims, Underwriting, Operations and Sales & Distribution. Most recently Jonathan held positions as the Head of Broker Strategy for Global Corporate from 2016 before becoming the Head of Digital Experience for Commercial Insurance, leading efforts to drive innovation into market facing digital capabilities.
