Jonathan joined Zurich in 2004 in the UK claims function for Zurich Municipal before moving into Global Corporate Underwriting in 2006. In 2008 he relocated to Switzerland to support Global Corporate operations with target operating model and excellence initiatives focusing on preparing the underwriting units for the future. In 2010 Jonathan joined the International Programs unit, working across multiple functions including network operations, governance and global sales and distribution roles.
Jonathan joined the Global Customer & Distribution team in 2015 to head up broker strategy for Global Corporate before moving into his current digital role in 2019 based in London.
