Susan Fallon joined Zurich in July 2017 as Global Head of Commercial Property, based in London. Ms. Fallon has worldwide responsibility for the leadership, profitability and strategic planning of this business. Effective from 1 June 2019 Ms. Fallon has taken on the role of Global Head of Property.

Ms Fallon has been in the insurance industry for over 25 years with experience in multiple markets. Prior to joining Zurich, Fallon held numerous positions within the Property and Energy sector at a major global insurer from 1994. Roles included Global Finance Business Partner for Property, Chief Operating Officer Europe / Commercial Insurance, and Global Property Executive / SVP Property, where Fallon had oversight of all Property & Energy operations for APAC, Central and LATAM regions. In addition, Fallon ran all International (non-North American) Energy & Engineered Risk operations under Mr Kuchinski at that same company, and earlier in her career also ran the Global Risk Management (international program and captive) business, based in Bermuda and New York.

Ms Fallon holds a HNC in Business and Finance from The City of London Polytechnic.
