Juan joined ERG in 2022 after a career in investment banking and corporate finance. He started as an investment banking analyst covering energy and construction stocks in LATAM. Later, Juan joined the Santander Group in Madrid, where he supported key banking and insurance JV investments in Latin America.
At Atradius NV, he led M&A transactions in Europe, Africa and South America, reporting directly to Management in these efforts. Prior to joining ERG, Juan worked for AON Plc as an M&A A-VP for Europe and Asia, actively participating in the closing of the group's largest transactions of the last 10 years in Europe.
