Kevin is an accomplished commercial manager with 14 years of extensive live project experience directing major international projects representing contractors across infrastructure, manufacturing, marine, and oil and gas sectors in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Brunei.

Kevin has a strong technical background in project and commercial management during a project’s lifecycle. He has provided contract and claims administration, cost management, subcontractor management, and dispute resolution on numerous challenging and complex multi-million-dollar projects from tender to final account. Kevin also has experience in delay investigations, analysis, and compilation of EOT claims with several live project experiences involving delay and disruption settlement.

Kevin has been involved in different forms of dispute resolution methods where he has prepared, defended, and assessed quantum claims in several adjudications and litigations in Singapore and Australia.
