Adam leads Aon’s global offshore construction practice and supports clients through the full lifecycle of complex energy projects. A Chartered Chemical Engineer with an MBA and over a decade of engineering and operational experience, he specialises in translating the risks of emerging energy transition technologies into insurable terms. Adam has worked extensively on carbon capture and storage and hydrogen developments, including major UK industrial CCS projects and integrated offshore wind–to–hydrogen concepts, helping sponsors and insurers address limited loss history, evolving standards and novel project structures.
