Toby VallanceToby handles all forms of marine claims, including marine liability, in relation to loss of or damage to cargo at sea or carried by road, rail or air. He has considerable experience of first party cargo claims, including project cargo and related DSU claims, as well as hull and machinery insurance and ports and terminal losses. Toby's practice also focuses on claims, coverage disputes and recovery actions relating to offshore energy construction and operating risks, renewables, energy liability exposures and mining risks, including advising on global insurance programmes in these areas. In relation to both marine and energy insurance, he also advises on related cyber risks. Toby is the firm's Climate Change Lead, and advises insurers and their customers on the evolving risks around climate change and ESG.

Lasse WallquistLasse heads the Sustainability team at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions. He is responsible for integrating sustainability into insurance underwriting and for the development of sustainability linked offerings. He brings 10 years of experience in various sustainability linked roles in the industry, both in Europe and in the United States. Before joining Corporate Solutions, he was managing Swiss Re Group's ESG Risk Framework applying to re/insurance and investments. Lasse holds a PhD in environmental sciences from ETH Zurich.

Stefan has held the positions as CTO in a start-up company and worked 15+ years in the Climate risk and Nat Cat modeling area as Head of Nat Cat and Parametric insurance and previously as risk model architect. Stefan holds a Master's degree in Computational Science from ETH Zurich as well as an MBA in Business Engineering from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
