Dirk De Nil was appointed as the new Global Head of Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS), in October 2023 and is a member of Zurich's Leadership Team. Having joined Zurich in 2008 in the Asia-Pacific region, he has held various leadership roles within the company. He has successfully led teams in customer management, distribution, and operations across multiple countries and globally. Most recently, he was leading Zurich's Commercial Insurance business in Benelux and Nordics.
Before joining Zurich, Dirk spent almost 19 years with AIG where his last role was Chief Operating Officer for Europe.

Mr De Nil holds a Master's degree in Law from Rijksuniversiteit Gent.
