Alison ensures that the Group meets the highest risk management standards by driving the process for risk identification, mitigation and management and ensuing that the risk management process is embedded in the company’s culture. Alison also works with the company’s brokers to manage risk through the arrangement of appropriate insurances. Alison is a board member of Airmic. Prior to Control Risks Alison worked for Citigroup both in Germany and London.
