Graeme leads Climate & Sustainability Consulting across Asia and the Pacific within Marsh Advisory as well as Marsh’s Global COE on Climate. Globally the team of more than 40 climate experts helps our clients understand the risks and transformation imperative that managing climate change will have on their business, their assets, and value chains.

This involves working with clients to integrate ESG and sustainability risks into their enterprise risk management frameworks, assess current policies and frameworks, build capacity to understand and manage such risks, and engage internally and externally to realise the benefits of effective risk management strategies. Graeme also supports clients with their climate risk management strategies with a strong focus on physical risks and resilience combining Marsh’s unique capabilities in supporting end-to-end climate risk management from asset-level engineering studies to cross-portfolio strategy.
