Ayleen has 16 years’ experience in insurance focusing 12 on Multinational. At AIG since 2021, she promotes AIG Multinational to clients and brokers and internally strengthening its competitive advantage. She worked in different roles at Allianz Group in market strategy and broker distribution, heading Multinational UK & Nordics, creating a Market Practice area to raise the visibility of Multinational. Originally from Madrid, Ayleen speaks fluent Spanish, English, French, German and some Italian, and has a Bsc in Business Management & International Business, a MA in Psychology in Business, and an Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the UK Chartered Insurance Institute.
