Vanessa is dedicated to enhancing the IP servicing platform in the region by leveraging best practices, processes, systems, knowledge, and automation improvements to benefit Swiss Re Corporate Solutions' global clients. With over 20 years of experience in multinational insurance management, Vanessa has been instrumental in establishing the International Program Unit, which also supports global clients in the UK and Ireland. When she was working in London, she built a world-class multinational platform that offers account management services for all allocated captive and global accounts. Additionally, Vanessa pioneered a complex Capacity Management strategy for the UK & Ireland International Programs, introducing a robust regional operational efficiencies strategy model, among many other significant accomplishments for the business.
