Prior to her appointment as Head of Global Programs, APAC & Europe at AXA XL Shiwei was Global Program & Captive Regional Director, APAC, AXA XL and responsible for driving Global Program and Captive business as well as developing strong relationships with AXA XL’s broker partners and clients across APAC.
She is a seasoned insurance professional specialising in global commercial insurance programs. She has almost 20 years experience in the insurance industry across strategy, distribution and global programmes. With a proven track record in working with global clients across the world, Shiwei provides bespoke and complex global programme and captive solutions, as well as formulating new global programmes.
