Victoria Tan currently manages external engagements and policy developments related to climate and nature. She has helped steer Ayala Corporation towards a low-carbon and more sustainable future. Instrumental in developing Ayala's commitment to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, Victoria has played a key role in building Ayala's groupwide forest and biodiversity protection initiative. Both programmes place Ayala at the forefront of climate action in the Philippines.
In addition to her role in Ayala Corporation, Victoria actively participates in regional and national organisations that elevate the risk management profession and that increase awareness on sustainable development.
