As part of her role, she is responsible for the management and development of International Insurance Programmes for the Group with respect to cargo (globally) and EMEA (multiple lines). Marina is a Board member of Airmic and an active contributor to committees and special interest groups on captive insurance of Airmic, SIRM and Ferma.

Anna leads a team of 20 colleagues across property, casualty, and aviation classes. Previously Anna worked at Renaissance Re, where she was responsible for leading a team of claims professionals across multiple lines of direct and reinsurance business, as well as having previously been a senior casualty claims adjuster at AXA XL.
Anna is passionate about the status and ambition of claims in the London market, and her work in this area includes being Deputy Chair of the IUA Claims Strategy Committee focussing on transformational strategic aspects of the IUAs mandate on behalf of the company market.

Angelika joined FM in 2023 and is leading FM's global research activities relating to climate risk from the new research and training centre under development in Luxembourg. Direct reports to this position currently include a diverse team of scientists studying flood, wildfire, temperature events, wind, and other severe storms located in the U.S. (Norwood, Massachusetts), Asia (Singapore) and EMEA (Luxembourg). Prior to joining FM, Angelika was strategy manager for Reinsurance and Solutions at Swiss Re, where she also held positions in innovation and natural catastrophe model development. Her career includes working as a catastrophe risk analyst for Allianz, an R&D manager for Wills Re, and leading the Willis Research Network Climate Hub
