Her previous roles included working as Chief Risk Officer in organisations, both in the public and corporate sectors. She has been supporting organisations on a range of risk advisory services including enterprise risk, climate related risks and disclosures. Her recent work has included climate advisory/TCFD disclosures and ESG risk linking this with organisation enterprise risk performance. Cecilia was awarded Risk Professional of the Year in 2018, acknowledging her contribution to the risk profession in New Zealand. She also led a team which received the award for the Risk Team of the Year in 2018, for Excellence in Developing Risk Capability in an Organisation.
