Camilla also holds a Masters in Law from University College London.

Dirk De Nil was appointed as the new Global Head of Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS), in October 2023 and is a member of Zurich's Leadership Team. Having joined Zurich in 2008 in the Asia-Pacific region, he has held various leadership roles within the company. He has successfully led teams in customer management, distribution, and operations across multiple countries and globally. Most recently, he was leading Zurich's Commercial Insurance business in Benelux and Nordics.
Before joining Zurich, Dirk spent almost 19 years with AIG where his last role was Chief Operating Officer for Europe.
Mr De Nil holds a Master's degree in Law from Rijksuniversiteit Gent.

Gareth is EMEA Head of Large and Complex Claims. He has worked for Zurich for over 20 years in a variety of technical and operational leadership roles across multiple lines of business. He has overseen claims responses to high profile industry events and topics including the coronavirus pandemic, natural and manmade catastrophe management, the Grenfell tower disaster, and US social inflation. His current focus is on managing the impact of climate change, PFAS and latent casualty litigation exposures.

Susan Fallon

Susan Fallon joined Zurich in July 2017 as Global Head of Commercial Property, based in London. Ms. Fallon has worldwide responsibility for the leadership, profitability and strategic planning of this business. Effective from 1 June 2019 Ms. Fallon has taken on the role of Global Head of Property.
Ms Fallon has been in the insurance industry for over 25 years with experience in multiple markets. Prior to joining Zurich, Fallon held numerous positions within the Property and Energy sector at a major global insurer from 1994. Roles included Global Finance Business Partner for Property, Chief Operating Officer Europe / Commercial Insurance, and Global Property Executive / SVP Property, where Fallon had oversight of all Property & Energy operations for APAC, Central and LATAM regions. In addition, Fallon ran all International (non-North American) Energy & Engineered Risk operations under Mr Kuchinski at that same company, and earlier in her career also ran the Global Risk Management (international program and captive) business, based in Bermuda and New York.

Ms Fallon holds a HNC in Business and Finance from The City of London Polytechnic.

Torolf Hamm

Torolf joined Willis Towers Watson in 2011 and leads the Physical Risk (Natural Catastrophe & Climate Change) teams based in London. His primary responsibility is to manage climate as well as natural and man-made hazard risk consulting projects (including climate & catastrophe modelling and cat risk engineering assessments) for large global organisations. Torolf has a strong track record of delivering risk financing and risk mitigation projects across all sectors, including, manufacturing, real estate, retail, technology, mining, energy and oil & gas companies.
Prior to Willis Towers Watson, Torolf worked for Moody’s RMS, where he was responsible for the development of the vulnerability and building inventory model for the RMS UK’08 Flood Model and the upcoming RMS Euro Flood Extension Model. He led and participated in various Catastrophe Response Missions that included the 2007 Kent Earthquake, June 2007 UK Summer Inland Floods and the July 2009 Inland Floods in Austria. While at RMS Torolf also was strongly involved in the development of the RMS Euro Windstorm ’11 Inventory and Industry Exposure Model (IED). Torolf’s earlier experience included working on a number of high-profile projects, in some cases as expert witness for STATS Limited (now RSK Limited).

Andrew MacFarlane is Head of Climate at AXA XL, where he is responsible for the global climate strategy for AXA XL. This entails ensuring AXA XL’s climate-related efforts across all the areas of the business, insurance and reinsurance, are aligned towards furthering AXA XL’s sustainability ambitions and supporting AXA’s climate leadership.
Andrew has over 20 years of experience in the Property & Casualty Re/insurance industry both in London and Bermuda. Before taking on the Head of Climate role, Andrew led the Pricing & Analytics actuarial team across the Global Markets area for AXA XL Reinsurance covering Property, Casualty and Specialty lines.
Andrew holds an Honors degree in Actuarial Science and Statistics from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa and is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for the Cambridge Centre for Risk Studies.

Adriana Scherzinger was appointed Group Head of Captives at Zurich Insurance in September 2024. Ms Scherzinger is a seasoned (re)insurance and risk management professional with extensive insurance industry experience working in various regions around the world, from global to local levels, handling multinational and domestic corporate business. Previously, Scherzinger worked with Zurich North America as US National Accounts Head of Alternative Risk Solutions, with Zurich Latin America, as regional Head of International Program Business, Commercial Insurance and as Senior Captive Fronting Manager in Switzerland, Spain, Middle East and the Asia Pacific.
Based in Switzerland, Scherzinger has progressively ranked on the Captive Review Power 50 and is an advisory board member on numerous Captives industry councils.
Ms Scherzinger holds an Executive MBA by Fundação Getulio Vargas and the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy.
