Niklas has been with HDI Global for 21 years as General Manager Marine with responsibility for HDI Global’s marine business in the Nordic Region. Since 2026, he has also been Global Head of Marine Hull at HDI Global.
Niklas has a long history and experience it the Nordic marine insurance market and been working with other major Nordic Marine insurers as well as broker at Marsh in Stockholm.
Niklas is Chairman of Insurance Sweden’s Board of Marine insurers for more than a decade and have a longstanding engagement in IUMI by being member of their Cargo Committee for more than 15 years and currently member of its Policy Forum.

Camilla is currently the Global Head of Marine Underwriting for Zurich Insurance’s Global Specialty Division as well as the Head of Marine for Europe. She joined Zurich in 2010 and over the past 16 years has held various roles across Claims, Customer Distribution and Marketing and Marine Underwriting, predominantly focused on multinational, London and EMEA markets. Camilla also holds a Masters in Law from University College London.

Alongside P&I issues and cargoes, Gillian specialises in all types of container claims, from small damage affecting individual units to larger, more complex casualties. She is also involved in contract reviews, with particular expertise in liner agreements and service contracts.
Previously, Gillian worked for one of the world's leading global container lines and draws on her operational and commercial experience to lead NorthStandard's Container Expertise Group.
She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and serves on its Executive Board.

Martin has been working in the Insurance industry since 1987. He is responsible for Energy, Marine and Engineering lines claims for the group. He has been handling international claims for approximately 30 years and has experience of both running an underwriting team and a global advocate broking claims team. He provides technical claims support for Zurich clients and Zurich business units alike and continues to be involved in some of the insurance industries’ most complex losses.

He joined Zurich Resilience Solutions after a long career in the logistics industry. He is specialized in Enterprise Supply Chain Risk & Security Management, BI and BCM. By experience he has a strong track record in minimizing financial losses and improving internal and external customer satisfaction. He has acted as Global Supply Chain Loss Prevention/Security Manager and Risk & Insurance Manager, integrating risk management with business objectives.

Through his work on a range of loss prevention projects and regular participation in crew and staff seminars, Mark has developed strong member ties. His technical expertise and prior experience with fuels were key to the successful rollout of the VPS fuel analysis platform and remain instrumental in supporting members on decarbonisation matters. He has authored multiple articles, hosted large-scale webinars, and played a significant role in advancing NorthStandard’s sustainability initiatives.
